Ingredients
- 1 (3-ounce) box raspberry-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (14-ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.
- Stir in the cranberry sauce and walnuts. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add the cream, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the celery, green onions, and bell pepper. Spread over the gelatin layer and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
- Cut into squares and serve.
