- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper

- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, celery, bell pepper, onion, and parsley.
- Mix until combined.
- Add the macaroni and mix until everything is evenly coated.
