Ingredients
- 12 large white mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant
- Add the chopped mushroom stems and cook for 5 minutes
