These spinach and feta stuffed mushrooms are a perfect appetizer for any occasion. The combination of spinach, feta cheese, and savory mushrooms creates a flavorful and satisfying dish that is sure to impress your guests. Plus, they are easy to make and can be ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant
  4. Add the chopped mushroom stems and cook for 5 minutes
