Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork riblets
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Place the riblets in the slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  3. Pour the sauce over the riblets, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
  5. Once cooked, remove the riblets from the slow cooker and transfer to a baking sheet.
  6. Preheat the broiler.
