Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork riblets
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
- Place the riblets in the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Pour the sauce over the riblets, making sure they are well coated.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
- Once cooked, remove the riblets from the slow cooker and transfer to a baking sheet.
- Preheat the broiler.
