Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.
