This ghost pepper green sauce is not for the faint of heart. Made with fresh ghost peppers, tomatillos, garlic, and cilantro, this sauce packs a serious punch. Use it sparingly to add a kick to tacos, eggs, or grilled meats.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 fresh ghost peppers
  • 1 pound tomatillos, husked and rinsed
