Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, strawberries, 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well and transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
