- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- Sour cream, for serving
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, and diced tomatoes. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Take the skillet off the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
