Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a mini loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
