  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the pork loin pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
