- 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni

- 1/2 cup sliced green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
