Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and vanilla extract. Add it to the food processor and pulse until the mixture comes together.
