Ingredients

  • 3 pounds of crab legs
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, lime juice, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the crab legs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and gently toss to ensure all the crab legs are evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the crab legs from the marinade and shake off any excess. Reserve the marinade for basting.
  5. Place the crab legs on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade.
  6. Remove the crab legs from the grill and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  7. Serve the marinated crab legs hot with melted butter and lemon wedges.
