This Loaded Beef Nacho Dip is the perfect dish for game day or a casual gathering with friends. This dip is loaded with layers of creamy cheese, seasoned ground beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapenos, all baked until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with tortilla chips for a truly addictive snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Spread the black beans and diced tomatoes in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer the seasoned ground beef over the beans and tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the beef.
  7. Top with jalapenos.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Dollop sour cream over the top and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  11. Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
