Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapenos
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain off excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the black beans and diced tomatoes in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer the seasoned ground beef over the beans and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the beef.
- Top with jalapenos.
