Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of red onion
  • Basil mayo: 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped, 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape them into patties.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the lamb patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
