Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 pound deli ham, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound deli salami, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Marinara sauce, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a rectangular shape.
  3. Layer the deli ham, salami, and turkey evenly on the dough.
  4. Top the deli meats with the sliced green bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables.
  6. Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough and seal the ends.
  7. Place the stromboli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the olive oil over the top of the stromboli.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
