  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • White sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, diced onion, finely chopped pineapple, cilantro, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
