Ingredients

  • 1 lb swordfish fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced tomatillos
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
