Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Add sour cream, vanilla and flour; mix just until blended.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan. Bake 1 hour or until center is almost set. Turn off the oven. Leave the cheesecake in the oven 2 hours or until cooled. Remove the cheesecake from the oven.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Run small knife or metal spatula around the rim of the pan to loosen the cheesecake; remove the rim. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
