Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Everything seasoning mix (poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, flaky sea salt)
Directions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
