Ingredients

  • 200g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 100g mini marshmallows
  • 4 Cadbury Creme Eggs, halved

Directions

  1. Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and golden syrup over low heat, stirring until smooth and well combined.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  4. Stir in the crushed digestives and mini marshmallows until fully coated in the chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the surface using a spatula.
  6. Press the halved Cadbury Creme Eggs into the mixture, evenly spacing them.
  7. Place the tin in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  8. Once set, remove the rocky road from the tin and cut into squares or bars.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
