These crispy corn and rice treats are a fun twist on the classic rice crispy treats. Made with cornflakes and puffed rice cereal, butter, and marshmallows, they are easy to make and perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cornflakes
- 4 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
Directions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted
- Remove from heat and gently fold in cornflakes and puffed rice cereal until evenly coated
- Press mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan and let cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares
