Ingredients

  • 2 lbs yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
