- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 package of puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, crabmeat, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- On a lightly floured surface, unfold the thawed puff pastry sheets. Use a rolling pin to gently roll out the pastry sheets to flatten them slightly.
- Using a round cookie cutter or a glass, cut out circles from the puff pastry sheets.
- Place about a tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the center of each pastry circle.
- Fold the pastry circle in half, forming a semicircle shape. Use a fork to seal the edges by pressing them together.
- Repeat the process with the remaining puff pastry circles and crab mixture.
- Arrange the crab puffs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each puff.
- Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the beaten egg over the tops of the crab puffs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let the crab puffs cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
