Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the peanut sauce. Set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat. Add beef slices and stir fry until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
