Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, diced

  • 2 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut in the chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add ice water, tossing with a fork until the dough comes together.
  2. Divide the dough in half and shape into two disks. Wrap each disk in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. In a skillet, cook the beef sirloin over medium heat until browned. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
  5. Add the sliced peaches and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
