Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, cubed
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
