Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce and brown sugar.
- After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C).
