Ingredients

  • 1 package mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Directions

  1. Cut the mozzarella sticks in half and freeze them for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.

  7. Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F.
