Ingredients
- 1 lb roast beef, sliced thin
- 1 lb pepperoni, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced
- 8 slices of provolone cheese
- 8 hoagie rolls
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion, green bell pepper, and jalapeno peppers to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the roast beef and pepperoni to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the meats are heated through.
- Meanwhile, brush the insides of the hoagie rolls with olive oil.
