Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
