Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2-3 dried red chili peppers
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Directions

  1. Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add peanuts and stir until toasted, then remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic, ginger, and dried red chili peppers until fragrant.
