  • 2 cups shelled pistachio nuts
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk or cream
