Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 russet potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 eggs

Directions
