Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
