Ingredients

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch of broccoli rabe, stems removed and chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Directions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
