  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 heads broccoli, spiralized into noodles
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
