Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, egg, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Place three lasagna noodles on top of the sauce. Spread half of the ricotta mixture evenly over the noodles.
  6. Repeat the layering process with marinara sauce, lasagna noodles, and the remaining ricotta mixture.

  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
