- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpea flour, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, chili powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the thinly sliced onions and chopped cilantro to the bowl. Mix well to coat the onions with the spice mixture.
- Slowly pour in the water while stirring the mixture. Continue to mix until you have a thick batter consistency.
