- 4 fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 pound fresh spinach
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
