Tava is a popular dish in Indian cuisine that combines succulent meat and a rich blend of spices. It is cooked on a Tava, a traditional flat frying pan, which adds a unique flavor to the dish. This recipe uses tender chicken, aromatic herbs, and zesty tomatoes for a mouthwatering experience. The chicken is marinated in a yogurt-based mixture and then cooked on the Tava to get a smoky flavor. Serve this delicious Tava with warm naan or steamed rice for a satisfying meal.
