Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup ale
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sheets of store-bought pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
