These homemade chicken nuggets are a healthier alternative to store-bought ones and are perfect for picky eaters. Made with simple ingredients and baked to perfection, they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve them with your child's favorite dipping sauce for a tasty lunch or dinner option.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into small nugget-sized pieces.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place the coated chicken nuggets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve with your child's favorite dipping sauce.
