- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
- Set the Instant Pot to Saute mode and heat the vegetable oil.
- Add the venison cubes and brown them on all sides. Remove the venison from the Instant Pot and set aside.
- Add the diced onion, garlic, and bell peppers to the Instant Pot. Saute until the vegetables are softened.
