- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until they are soft and translucent.
- Add the sweet potatoes, carrots, vegetable broth, thyme, cumin, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot. Stir well to combine.
