Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add a small amount of oil.
  2. Season the beef stew meat with salt and pepper, then add it to the Instant Pot.
  3. Cook the beef until browned on all sides, then remove it from the Instant Pot and set it aside.
  4. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms to the Instant Pot.
  5. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and the mushrooms have released their liquid.
