  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a crock-pot.
  2. Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper to the crock-pot.
