  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
