Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, scallions, mushrooms, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, white pepper, salt, and sugar. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
