Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken and broccoli.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and broccoli, and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, and the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
